OneClock was mindfully designed to wake you up in the best way possible. Going back to analog, but in a very modern way, they have created an amazing tool to help you wake up better. Their alarms are soft, melodic songs that were composed using tones scientifically proven to wake you up gently. They start at a low volume and slowly increase to ease you out of sleep instead of jolting you awake.

Each clock comes with their original collection of songs composed by Grammy winning composer Jon Natchez, but you can download more from their other collection later. The music falls between 200-100hz, which is the range of human speech. The music will start at a low volume and slowly increase to ease you out of sleep. It will sound for 10 minutes, or until you turn it off.

They are designed with 12 hour analog movement, so all you need to do is set your alarm before you go to bed. There's a tap initiated night light, and these babies are 100% silent. No ticking sounds whatsoever! The volume is adjustable. There is no snooze button as their research has shown snoozing to be bad for you. It doesn't connect to wifi or bluetooth, so there is no reason to bring tech into the bedroom.

Each clock is made of powder coated aluminum, wood, and glass. They use AC power and come with their own plug. And they come with easy to follow directions.

Dimensions: 4.4" tall, 3.5" deep, and 7.1" wide

Did you know that blasting alarms can disrupt your circadian rhythms, wake you up with a burst of adrenaline, and raise your cortisol (stress hormone) levels? This can lead to a rise in blood pressure and lead to a number of negative effects on your health. Too much cortisol can suppress your immune system, and lead to digestion issues, weight gain, and heart disease.
