Grown with no pesticides on Taiwan’s east coast, the grains are slow-fermented to retain their mineral-rich depth. This vinegar is nutty, rounded, and less assertive than your average acid—perfect for dishes that call for subtlety, and for brightening and seasoning. Splash into dressings, broths, or stir-fries.
Notes: Tart apple, malt, whole wheat toast
Ingredients: Taiwanese brown rice vinegar diluted with water to 4.5% acidity
Natural sediment may occur. Color and flavor will deepen over time. Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and light.
