Fine flakes of hand-harvested Fleur de Sel spring salt. This flaky texture is achieved via a slow evaporation process, of hot days and a certain amount of environmental humidity. The flakes are harvested carefully when they have precipitated into the bottom of the salt pans. Their mineral balance is perfect, particularly rich in potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Free from microplastics and additives, they melt delicately, enhancing fish, meats, and gourmet dishes with an elegant, natural finish.
